Hi, my name is Bonnie. Welcome to my website! As a person who has struggled with weight issues my entire life, I can speak from first hand experience what it feels like to not be living a full life due to weight and/or health issues. Stretch pants? Been there. Out of breath? Been there. Feeling like life is passing you by while you keep making promises to yourself to "start Monday"? Been there and done that too. I finally said 'enough is enough' and lost over 100 lbs. I feel great and what I lost in poundage, I gained in vitality, self-respect, and enthusiasm. I finally figured out how to look and feel great in my own body. By becoming a health coach, I have learned how to help others do the same.
